Prosocial workshop

The prosocial workshop is a 4 hour workshop that aims to make teams more collaborative and productive. It uses the ACT matrix (see diagram at side), which is a research based model that helps teams focus on what behaviours and attitudes ensure the team is functioning at it's best, and what prevents the team from doing so. The fact the team comes up with the desired actions themeslves, means there is greater commitment to it compared to an imposed set of behaviours and values. The model works in well with an organisations values, vision and processes. Current organisational values can be incorporated into the workshop.

Topics covered can include:

  • Creating a group purpose statement

  • Flexibility - shifting our behaviours and emotions

  • Trust and it's role in high performing teams

  • How to build trust

  • Key principles of collaborative teams

  • When is our team at it's best?

  • Actions need for us to function at our best.
