Thinking preferences

The thinking preferences workshop is a 3 hour workshop using the Neethling Brain Instrument (NBITM) to give teams an appreciation of the way different people approach a task. Each workshop participant completes a questionnaire and receives a profile and workbook to make the most of the session. The workshop enables teams to improve their communication and understanding or each others strengths.

The workshop content includes:

  • Introduction to the Neethling Brain Instrument (NBI)

  • Background to the NBI and what it measures

  • Your NBI profile - what does it mean?

  • Understanding alternative profiles

  • Group exercise and discussion - Thinking outside my profile

  • How to work and communicate with other preferences

  • Activities to help you be flexible
